Taking apart/Cleaning valves

im using all 3/8's valves from SMC lastnite i took one apart to fix some leaking issues but it fell apart when the top came off and i didnt get to see how the pieces came out, anybody have a picture the valve's internals?

Did the solenoid come apart, or the diaphragm and other parts inside the brass body?

just the diaphram area, the insides of the brass body. the springs and rubber seal/gasket etc.

right on buddy thank you, i actually went out and took another one of my valves apart to see how it was put together and i had the cylinder looking part put in upside down. i apreciate the help
