Here we go...I'm doing a '91 hardbody for a kid. Pretty straight forward setup, notch, bags on bars
nothing fun..lol. But, he thinks I can stuff a 12 gallon tank, 120 cu. ft Nitrogen bottle and a fuel cell all under a dump bed  This should be interesting..
Anyway, here are some progress pics..
Here's what we started with...nice, clean little truck..
after a couple hours...
And as of a few nights ago...notches are in, front 10" or so boxed in..I'll box the rest in later....
More rear pics..
upper link mounts done, working on setting up the bag mounts..yay

Killer work.
When I saw the first pictures I was hoping that you were going to reinforce that front x-member. Now that I've seen that you did, I'll relax.

Yeah, I'm digging it. Nice work. Can't wait to see it laid out. That bag placement won't quite give you 3:1 lift ratio, will it? That looks to be in between 2:1 and 3:1. Am I right?

thanks guys..
yeah, it came out to 2.6-ish:1. He wants room to run 20's later on down the road, so it's set up to lay on a 27" tire and untuck them with room to spare

finally...some good updates...it's done
Rides like a caddy, gets a ton of lift, and, well, works like it's supposed to...lol. We opted to forgo the dump bed untill he makes a final choice on wheel size, plus he needed the rig back asap, so we just cut
