i got this car last summer. 64 impala conertible, 283 2spd glide trans, car had a trashed WHITE top so i replaced it with a new BLACK top. was gonna just lower the car for this upcoming summer but i really got the itch to BAG the beast.. i completely redid the stock 283 this winter, new seals,gasket,painted the engine,got a nice chrome dress-up kit for it,4brl carb and intake to replace the crappy 2brl set-up it came with. then i picked up some rims for a temp fix til i can afford something better.. so for this summer it will be a lowrider car but next summer should be sitting on the 18/20 or 20's all 4 corners..  anyways enough blabbing here's a link to my photobucket account with numerous pix of the car and the work i've been doing.

the bag set-up i'm running is 4-RE7's,2-viar480's,8-SMC 3/8 valve's, got 2-5g tanks but thinking about changing the tanks for one 10g tank to sit on the top parcel shelf.. avs rocker switchbox and 1/2" line
