i used this on my truck for almost 2 years, then a wire broke in the cable due to the flex of moving the box around on a daily basis.  my truck is a daily driver, so i ordered a new one asap so i wouldn't have any downtime while i waited for AVS to repair it.

i sent it to AVS in and they repaired it for free.  it appears to be as good as new, but i have no use for it seeing that i already went ahead and picked up a replacement.

i still have the keys for the switch lockout and will throw in an extra fuse and some velcro cable wraps too.
