Whats better? Manifold or 8 single Valves?

Over the last few years i've recently gone into the world of customizing trucks. I have started buying some stuff to Bag my 98 S-10. But i've run into a problem... I dont know which is better. A Manifold (cheaper) or 8 Individual Valves.
Right now i have the 4 bags 1/2" single port (front and back), a single 5 gallon tank and all my DOT airlines and fittings. And whole box full of other stuff to get it going. I'm just stuck on the valves.
Oh, can i get an opinion on: Engine Driven Compressors and typical Air Ride Compressor.
Any help and advise would greatly be appreciated

Hey man Im new to air ride too, and I also would like to know the answer to the mani vs valves question.
I traded a car for a Bagged S10 and it has fbss so it has 8 valves but i only ever use 2 of my switches front and back
(up and down on each switch)
My friend had a honda car that was on air ride and he said he only had i think 4 valves but they were on a mani. he said the bad thing about HIS set up was when he would take turns the air would shift and his car would lean.
He told me that to prevent that you have to have 2 valves per corner and thats why mine dont do that BUT i dont know if a 8 valve mani would still do that or not im not sure if its the number of Valves or fact of the mani. set up.
Good luck on your air ride set up, ill keep checking this thread for updates, and ill post up if i learn anything in the mean time.
Edit: Oh yeah another thing i was told is that the closer your valves are to your bags the faster and less air it would take to fill them.

the only difference between the two is plumbing if you want to make it easy on your self go with the manifold. all you do is plug in your air line for your gages and your bags and your ready to go.

personally, i prefer individual valves over manifolds due to the flexibility of placement of individual valves. ive also always had bad experiences with manifold valves malfunctioning and having to replace the whole manifold.
