I have smc 3/8 walves right now and I'm looking into new valves. I turned my pressure up to 225 and the smc's froze up and I couldnt drive my car cause the back was too high. My friend says he loves asco valves but I dont trust him. Who makes the best valves?

IMO, SMC and Parker are
the
best valves on the market. The normal valves have a max pressure of 217, so you cranking up to 225 caused them to stay shut and not allow the solenoid to pull open the diaphragm. Not sure how much you want to spend, but SMC has a new 1/2" valve out with a max psi of 750PSI. Suicidedoors.com sells them. Your other option is to decrease the pressure back to 200 PSI.
ASCO valves are decent, haven't heard any complaints from them, fwiw.

I'm kinda biased. haha
But I'll leave it to fact and just say that I have Parker's, and they haven't given me any problems to date.

yeah I've heard good things about parkers. I turned it back to 200 psi for now and I'll probably just get parkers just to change it up. or the smc's. whatever haha

well I had 3/8" smc's. I've just been running them this whole time since I posted this thread. The get stuck at anything above 150 now. I ended up going with asco valves. They'll be here next week.
